William Arambula, co-founder and Managing Partner at Kogi Capital, leverages extensive experience from J.P. Morgan and hedge fund investing to lead diverse investments across multiple sectors. With a proven track record of raising capital and advising on numerous M&A and restructurings, he combines his financial expertise with a passion for education, serving as a lecturer at the University of Alberta and MacEwan University.

Cris is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Kogi Capital, leveraging his extensive experience in corporate credit, private investments, and corporate development to drive innovative solutions in environmental and financial sectors.

Mason is a management professional with expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. Certified in Scrum and Project Management, he excels in strategic planning and execution. As an entrepreneur, he has built a successful aerial video and photography business, combining technical proficiency in drone operations with a passion for innovation and growth.

Jaime Cardenas, a Brigham Young University graduate with a B.S. in Business Management and French Studies, built a 6-year finance career at J.P. Morgan in New York and London, specializing in Latin America Credit and EMEA leveraged finance, later becoming a Senior Advisor for a U.S. investment bank while co-founding a Peruvian tourism venture serving 500,000+ travelers.

Jake Romeo, a University of Chicago Philosophy graduate, brings 10+ years in finance, spanning multi-billion-dollar distressed credit portfolio management at Citadel, $5B+ debt advisory at J.P. Morgan/Evercore, and corporate strategy expertise to his role advising clients at Kogi Capital.

Juan Manuel Torrado, a London Business School MBA and CFA® Charterholder with dual BS degrees from Colombia’s Universidad de los Andes, brings 15+ years of advising Latin American and Spanish clients on cross-border M&A, debt restructuring, and complex capital raises across sectors like energy, hospitality, and gaming.

Co-founder & ex-CEO of Whyline, scaled the congestion-solving virtual queueing SaaS platform from inception to exit, following a prior career as a J.P. Morgan investment banker covering Latin American/U.S. tech across New York, Mexico, and Brazil. Now based in NYC’s Upper West Side, he serves on multiple boards and is an active YPO member.
